Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the E2Hub Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Enrollment & Account Approval

Eligibility: You must provide accurate, complete registration details (including your real name, email, and designated vendor category).
Approval Right: We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Tracking & Cookie Policy

Link Tracking: Earnings are tracked automatically via custom referral links using browser cookies and system session data.
Cookie Duration: Tracking cookies remain active for 65 days from the initial link click, unless cleared by the user.
Tracking Dependencies: Commissions can only be tracked if the customer completes the order with cookies enabled and through the proper referral structure. We are not liable for untracked sales caused by ad blockers, cleared cookies, or altered URLs.

3. Commissions & Order Verification

Earning Criteria: A commission is earned only when a referral order is placed and marked as Completed.
Order Reversals: Commissions will not be credited (or will be deducted from your balance) for canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
Rate Structure: Commission rates are determined by your assigned vendor category or account tier and are subject to adjustment with prior notification.

4. Self-Purchases & VIP Exceptions

Standard Policy: By default, earning commissions on your own purchases (self-referral) using your own link is strictly prohibited.
VIP Vendor Exemption: Affiliates explicitly designated under special vendor tiers (e.g., approved VIP accounts) are authorized to earn on qualified personal orders as designated in their account settings.

5. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Activities

Your affiliate account will be immediately terminated, and all pending earnings forfeited, if you engage in any of the following:

Spam & Misleading Ads: Sending unsolicited emails, bulk WhatsApp spam, or posting deceptive claims.
Brand Impersonation: Posing as an official representative of [Your Company Name] or running ads targeting our exact brand keywords without written permission.
Artificial Traffic: Using automated bots, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent IP tricks to manipulate clicks or conversions.

6. Payout Terms

Payout Schedule: Earnings are calculated and disbursed on your request once you have at least 2000 naira.
Minimum Threshold: A minimum balance of [₦2,000] is required before requesting a withdrawal.
Payment Methods: Payouts will be sent directly to your registered bank account or wallet details on file.

7. Program Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payment terms, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.

In summary:

Valid Sales Only: You earn commissions strictly on fully completed, non-refunded orders that are properly tracked through your unique affiliate link.
Self-Purchase Rules: You cannot use your own referral link to earn commissions on personal orders unless your account is officially approved for the VIP/Personal Shopper tier.
Clean Marketing & Payouts: Earnings are paid out on a regular schedule, but any use of spam, deceptive ads, or fraudulent tracking methods will result in immediate account termination and loss of funds.
